Voting Year

What year will you be able to participate in your FIRST vote?

If you're a young college adult, what year did you first vote?

If you are 18 and haven't registered to vote, you can do so at your local political party's office or get a voter registration card from your local post office.

If you aren't sure which political party you want to join or want to learn more about voting go to

Please make sure you spend some serious time researching what each political party stands for before you register. Here are some questions to ask before choosing:

  • Does the party REALLY believe in and uphold the US Constitution?
  • What previous politicians from that party did something really GREAT for this nation?
  • What is the hope for my future from this party?
  • Can I really trust them to make the decisions that are best for my future?
  • Do they believe in more freedom and less control over the people?

If you're a young college adult, what year did you first vote? I turned 18 about a week after the 2004 elections. I was so mad! I voted for the 1st time in 2006 state-wide elections.

Rigght now my address is not current so I am in the precess of fixing it. I want my registration to be counted!
